We have over 65 years’ experience in offering quality industrial solutions through our strategic supplier Freudenberg and based on our own ability to design customised products and manufacture and/or handle them, in order to adapt to market demands with the utmost flexibility and efficiency.
The technological challenges posed by the constant evolution of new technical materials that cause no harm to the environment and are more efficient have allowed us, as a specialized organization, to offer the most innovative and modern solutions in the market.
Our many years of experience in this range of products and solutions has led us to create EPIDOR Seals and Rubber Technology as a “Lead Centre” of our Group EPI INDUSTRIES Family of Companies.
MECHANICAL SEALS
Mechanical seals are highly complex components that are essential in all process industries. Obtaining a high level of expertise entails dedicating many years to the development of solutions and applications for many customers in this market.
Through the company LIDERING, our Group started out in this special field back in the 1980s and we now offer an extensive range of solutions for single, process, cartridge seals and all the on-site manufacturing, repair, conditioning and installation services required by our customers.
This specialization also means we must constantly adapt our solutions to different demands in terms of the quality and standards required by international markets.

POWER TRANSMISSION AND MOTION CONTROL
Power Transmission and Motion Control are fundamental, critical needs in any industrial production process in general.
Our experience, gained during more than 40 years in this field, has enabled us to develop an extensive range of products and services of proven quality based on first-class international manufacturers and our own design, manufacturing and component handling capacity in order to offer our customers a tailored response.
Our Condition Monitoring services, energy saving calculations and the optimisation and resizing of applications, among others, enable us to guarantee improved efficiency in their products and production processes.

FASTENERS
Fittings and fastening elements in general are the most widely-used and transversal components in industry. This situation led us to conduct our own research and development in this range of products and solutions for our customers at the end of the 1990s.
We currently have a large portfolio of suppliers and manufacturers that allow us to offer all manner of solutions in fasteners, including standard, special and tailored-made items.
Furthermore, our specialization in this field has led us to study and develop tailored fasteners solutions in our customers’ production processes, with the clear objective of contributing globally-efficiency solutions in the supply of fasteners (Kanban “two bin” systems).
Our accumulated experience in this range of products and solutions is concentrated in the company TORMETAL that acts as the Fasteners “Lead Centre” in our Group EPI INDUSTRIES Family of Companies.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE PRODUCTS
General Maintenance Products generally encompass a wide range of complementary products that are needed in industrial manufacturing processes. This product range includes personal protection consumables, lubrication products, chemical, adhesives, abrasives, hand-operated tools, electrical tools, pneumatic tools, anti-spill elements, pneumatic and vacuum components, among others.
Our focus on specialization obliges us to ensure the full expansion and development of this range and look for market opportunities in order to grow and improve the continuous offering of these products.

MECHATRONICS
Robotics and automation are the result of the perfect combination of computer science, electronics and mechanics. At Daneel Mechatronics we have the best brands in linear motion products, spindles, shaft guidance systems, modules and actuators, Super Precision bearings, servomotor systems, reducers, couplings and gas springs, which allow us to design, manufacture and assemble pioneering robotic solutions.
The integration capacity offered by our production center makes available to customers, from the simple cutting of linear guides to collaborative applications such as articulated arm robots for universal use, sophisticated applications for assembly tasks or rapid micromanipulation.
